Where we ship
We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.
Processing times
- In-stock items are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- Pre-order items are sourced to order and typically dispatched within 7–15 business days — the expected timeframe is shown on each pre-order product page.
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at no extra cost to you.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Standard UK Shipping: £4.99, estimated 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch.
- The final shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout.
- All orders are sent via tracked courier.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our control — but if something goes wrong, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at within 7 days and we'll make it right.
