Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn and unused, with all original tags, and in its original shoebox (the shoebox is part of the product — please don't tape or write on the box itself). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is requested and accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
Pre-order items
Pre-orders are sourced to order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once delivered, pre-orders follow the same 30-day return policy above.
Non-returnable items
Certain items can't be returned, including:
- Worn, washed or used shoes, or pairs returned without their original shoebox and tags
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new pair.
Your statutory rights (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day policy gives you more time; your statutory rights are unaffected. Items must be returned in their original condition as described above.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
